WELCOME TO THE IFRBC / CROSSROADS FELLOWSHIP!

The IFRBC / Crossroads Fellowship is a group of churches that have banded together to further the cause of Christ in the world. The mission of our fellowship is to equip and encourage church leaders, to support and revitalize struggling churches and to network resources to influence the world with the gospel of Christ. Executive Director

Doug Schroeder is serving as the Executive Director of the fellowship. Doug is the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church of Bloomington, IN, and the chairman of the Council of Twelve.

The Crossroads Fellowship Constitution

In the spring of 2007, the Council of Twelve drafted a new constitution that will enable our fellowship to minister more effectively for the cause of Christ in the world. This constitution is the result of several years of work by the council and many IFRBC pastors.

Throughout the summer, the Council shared this draft with pastors and other church leaders in our fellowship. They provided several positive suggestions that were incorporated into the document. This new constitution was presented at our annual conference in September 2007, where it received overwhelming support.

During our 2008 annual conference, the representatives from the churches of the IFRBC will vote on a motion to adopt this new constitution.
